Our company was established by Mr. Huseyin AYDOGAN in 1968 to work on Machining and Cutting Die. But after 1970, observing the difficulties in providing the needed Cutting Tools in the market just in time because of the import dependence , he directed the programme to produce Tool Holders suitable for HSS Cutting Tools with a slogan “ not to produce everything but produce the best that can be done “ and became the first company in Turkiye manufacturing Tool Holders with trade mark HAS.



By changing the trade mark as AYDOSA in 1975 continues her development , and in the beginning of the 1980s by the incease in usage of the hard metal insert, the production directed towards the changeable insert tool holders.



With the increase of the computerized machinery in 1990s, the product range was widened appropriate to the measurements specified at ISO standards , and provided an import substitution by supporting the production positively.



After realizing the first exportation to Germany in 1996, in the following years established the quality and the compatible prices by selling to the developed countries such as England, Sweden, Italy and Canada that still continues.



In present, we are pleased of the inceasing interest ,in domestic and foreign fairs, for the tools produced by the CNC machines, by being conformance to standards and speciality of packing and coating.



Today our company, happily to achieve her aim, continue the performance eagerly with the excitement of obtaining the better without making concession.
